Description

Senior Manager in Good Neighbors International Philippines and the lead of the Economic Development Division of the organization. She led the implementation of the project entitled "Building Resilient Communities through Climate Change Mitigation and Adapatation in San Clemente, Tarlac. Her division is focused on sustainable economic ecosystem, economic growth for communities, income generation of families, women empowerment, among others. She is also in-charge of green development projects/programs of the organization that includes programs on safe environment for families, capacity building for climate change change mitigation and adaptation, environemental protection for communities and capacity building for disaster resilience. Currrently, she is leading the project management of the Inclusive Child-Led Disaster Risk Reduction and Managment Project with funding support from UNICEF. She has more than 15 years of experience working in international development and humanitarian organizations. Her long years of work experience were focused on organizational development and management, project cycle management, community development, proposal writing, trainings and budget management. Some of her work experiences: Regional Consultant of the Danish Trade Union for International Development Council. She managed bilateral country programs in Cambodia and Philippines. National Project Director of Breaking Barrier for Children and Young Adults with Disabilities Project funded by the Danish International Development Agency Faculty member of St. Paul University, Tuguegarao City. She finished her academic requirements in Master of Social Work at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
